Timber Tie Estate has been working hard on improving our space to make our 2024 wedding season even more spectacular! This year, we so excited to offer our wedding couples use of our beautiful Tipton Run Lodge, a luxury log cabin experience perfect for our newlywed couples with one night included in their wedding package, or for families looking for a serene getaway!
The first floor has a large open-concept main floor living room with a fireplace and vaulted ceilings, a large eat-in kitchen, a full spa-like bathroom with clawfoot tub, large shower, double vanity, and heated floors, and a primary bedroom with a king-size bed.
The second floor can be accessed via spiral staircase which leads to a loft area with a set of twin-sized beds, and an additional third bedroom that boasts a queen-size bed and an ensuite full bathroom with shower.
Behind the house, you will find a beautiful stone patio with an outdoor fire ring. In front of the house is a large private pond where you can fish, kayak, or canoe, and enjoy a spot on the dock or in one of the two gazebos overlooking the water. You have access to the entire cabin and grounds within the fenced property.
